Denver Business Journals Signs Agreement with DynAccSys for Virtual AdTaker

Silver Spring, MD - January 30, 2003 - The Denver Business Journal, an American Business Journal newspaper, signed an agreement with DynAccSys for Virtual AdTaker's Realty Ad Express product.  Beginning February 2003, the Denver Business Journal provides training and access for their real estate advertisers to create their own gallery display ads using the Virtual AdTaker web based ad tool.  This agreement is the first of several trials anticipated with the American Business Journal group.

Virtual AdTaker's Realty Ad Express has been running at the Denver Newspapers Agency for approximately three years.  The deadline for real estate gallery ads for the Sunday edition of The Denver Post and The Rocky Mountain News used to be Monday.  Now it's Thursday afternoon.  Even better, the realtor's office -- not the newspaper production department -- builds the ad.  This streamlined process is the result of Virtual AdTaker Realty Ad Express, which The Denver Newspaper Agency (owner of The Denver Post and The Rocky Mountain News) launched in the summer of 2000.  Part of the Virtual AdTaker suite of products, Virtual AdTaker Realty Ad Express enables realtors to easily build their own display ads on-line, preview what they look like, make changes, and submit them to the newspaper on a 24/7 basis.

In addition to the Realty Ad Express product, Virtual AdTaker provides in column applications for real estate, auto, employment, and legal ads plus paid obituaries and death notices placed by the mortuaries, applications also used by the Denver Newspaper Agency.
