DENVER, CO - Virtual AdTaker is proud to announce an agreement to launch Realty Ad Express and Legal Notices at the Palm Beach Post Newspapers, a Cox newspaper group in Palm Beach, FL.

Using Realty Ad Express, Palm Beach Newspapers can now offer their real estate brokers and agents the ability to create and proof their gallery style display ads online. In addition, brokers and agents may now create, proof and enter payment for individual photo ads.

Virtual AdTaker’s Legal Notices software provides Palm Beach Newspapers’ legal notice customers the ability to create, proof and submit legal notices online as well. The newspaper reviews each notice, processes them for publication and electronically produces the affidavit all from Virtual AdTaker. The Palm Beach Newspapers can manage these applications through Virtual AdTaker’s administration and reporting tools.

Realty Ad Express was developed to provide real estate agents, brokers and home builders the tools to easily build their own image rich display ads online. Data and photos can either be loaded manually or accessed from a 3rd party data feed. The data can then be easily utilized to produce broker branded ads, real estate books, group pages or web feeds. An additional feature of Realty Ad Express is the capability to accept credit cards for individual transactions based on newspaper pricing packages.

Legal Notices was developed to provide government offices and law firms the tools to easily create their own legal notices online, preview them, make changes and submit them to the newspaper on a 24/7 basis.
