DENVER, CO - Virtual AdTaker is proud to announce the launch of Realty Ad Express at The Charlotte Observer, a Knight Ridder newspaper in Charlotte, NC. Homescape processes a feed to Virtual AdTaker for the Observer to create its newest product, Observer Homes magazine"

"The Charlotte Observer was faced with an ambitious goal to produce a large real estate magazine in March, 2006. Using Virtual Ad Taker, we were able to give our clients a way of generating their own ads. We were also able to extend the materials deadline considerably. Originally our Real Estate project was estimated at 80 pages, but due to the popularity of the magazine, and the ease of using Virtual Ad Taker, the book shot up to 128 pages. That's 50% larger than expected." Chuck Cole, Prepress Manager, The Charlotte Observer.

Realty Ad Express has given The Charlotte Observer the ability to present advertising packages to their real estate customers. This allows advertisers access online to create, pay and proof their individual listings with photos. The individual listings are formatted, selected and compiled into display ads for publication in the Saturday real estate section as well as the Observer Homes magazine. The Charlotte Observer has control of its front-end and back-end features through Virtual AdTaker's administration and reporting tools.

Virtual AdTaker products were developed as a means of providing private party and commercial customers the tools to efficiently build their own image rich ads online.
