Chicago Daily Herald Signs Agreement with Virtual AdTaker for Realty Ad Express
March 19, 2004
The Daily Herald, a Paddock Publications newspaper, signed an agreement with Virtual AdTaker for Realty Ad Express. The Daily Herald plans to launch the application in April 2004. The newspaper will provide training and access for their real estate advertisers to create gallery or showcase style display ads using Realty Ad Express one of the Virtual AdTaker applications.
Virtual AdTaker's Realty Ad Express has been in operation at the Denver Newspaper Agency for almost 4 years. The deadline for real estate gallery ads for the Sunday edition of The Denver Post and The Rocky Mountain News used to be Monday. Now it's Thursday afternoon. Even better, the realtor's office -- not the newspaper production department -- builds the ad. Part of the Virtual AdTaker suite of products, Virtual AdTaker Realty Ad Express enables realtors to easily build their own display ads on-line, preview what they look like, make changes, and submit them to the newspaper on a 24/7 basis. DNA also offers Virtual AdTaker to its real estate customers to place in column line ads, to mortuary customers for obituary ads, and to other advertisers to place recruitment ads.
Other Virtual AdTaker newspapers include:
- The Denver Business Journal, an American Business Journal weekly publication
- The News Enterprise, a Landmark Community daily newspaper
- The Daily Camera, an E.W. Scripps daily newspaper
- The Evergreen Newspaper Group, six weekly newspapers owned by Landmark Community Newspapers
Virtual Ad Taker designs, builds, operates, and supports customized data management tools - dynamic solutions that solve complex problems in data management, data transmission, and business processes.
