Daily Camera Signs Agreement with DynAccSys for the Virtual AdTaker suite
of products

The Daily
Camera, an E.W. Scripps newspaper, signed an agreement with DynAccSys
for the suite of Virtual AdTaker products. The Daily Camera plans to launch
the Virtual AdTaker application Realty Ad Express in September 2003. The
Daily Camera will provide training and access for their real estate advertisers
to create gallery or showcase style display ads using Realty Ad Express,
one of the Virtual AdTaker applications.
In addition, the Daily Camera will launch the Virtual AdTaker suite of
products for in column advertisers including recruitment, legal notices,
automotive, real estate, rentals, business opportunities, and death notices.
The newspaper’s commercial advertisers will be able to create and
send their line ads directly to the newspaper. Virtual AdTaker boosts
impressive results with its other newspaper clients. The size of line
ads, created by advertisers using the Virtual AdTaker in column applications,
averages 57% larger than those called in, faxed, or mailed directly to
the newspaper. As a plus, since the advertiser does all their own proofing
and corrections there are no more credits or make goods.
Virtual AdTaker’s Realty Ad Express has been running at the Denver
Newspaper Agency for approximately three years. The deadline for real
estate gallery ads for the Sunday edition of The Denver Post and The Rocky
Mountain News used to be Monday. Now it’s Thursday afternoon. Even
better, the realtor’s office -- not the newspaper production department
-- builds the ad. This streamlined process is the result of Virtual AdTaker
