Builder Homesite Signs Agreement with DynAccSys for Virtual AdTaker's Realty Ad Express

Builder Homesite, Inc. signed an agreement with DynAccSys for Virtual AdTaker's Realty Ad Express to provide reverse publishing capabilities to their builders on BHI newspaper sites. Builder Homesite and Virtual AdTaker plan to launch the application in June 2004 with The Denver Newspaper Agency, publishers of the Denver Post and Rocky Mountain News. BHI will electronically transmit builder inventory, spec homes, and model home data to Virtual AdTaker to create gallery or showcase style display ads using Realty Ad Express.
