The Charlotte Observer signs a Reverse Publishing Agreement with DynAccSys for Virtual AdTaker's Realty Ad Express. February 3, 2006 The Charlotte Observer, a Knight Ridder newspaper, signed an agreement with DynAccSys for reverse publishing using Virtual AdTaker.s Realty Ad Express. The newspaper plans to launch the application in March 2006. DynAccSys secured a corporate agreement with Knight Ridder in April 2005. The newspaper will provide training and access for their real estate advertisers to create gallery or showcase style display ads using Realty Ad Express. Part of the Virtual AdTaker suite of products, Realty Ad Express enables realtors to easily build their own display ads on-line, preview and proof the ads, make changes, and submit them to the newspaper on a 24/7 basis as a newsprint ready PDF. The newspaper will also take advantage of a strategic partnership between DynAccSys and Classified Ventures to utilize a data feed of MLS listings. These listings will be made available for real estate agents to access immediately to populate their advertisements. The real estate agents will also be able to pay for their ads online.
