The Knight Ridder, Inc. signs agreement for Virtual AdTaker's product suite. July 7, 2005 Knight Ridder, Inc. headquartered in San Jose, California, signed an agreement for reverse publishing using Virtual AdTaker's web based application. Knight Ridder is the nation's second-largest newspaper publisher, with 31 daily newspapers in 28 U.S. markets. The company's internet operation, Knight Ridder Digital, handles the company's online properties. The agreement allows the Knight Ridder newspapers to utilize Virtual AdTaker's display products: Realty Ad Express and Auto Ad Express. The first Knight Ridder newspaper to take advantage of the new agreement is San Luis Obispo's Telegram-Tribune. The Telegram-Tribune is leading off with Realty Ad Express and went live the end of June, 2005.
