Virtual AdTaker signs an agreement with The Modesto Bee for Obituaries, Legal Notices and Important Occasions

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. - Virtual AdTaker and The Modesto Bee, a McClatchy newspaper in Modesto, CA, signed an agreement for reverse
publishing using Virtual AdTaker's In Column application. Virtual AdTaker secured a corporate agreement with McClatchy in October 2006.
Virtual AdTaker will provide The Modesto Bee the ability to offer their obituary, legal notice and social announcement customers
access online to create, proof and submit their ads and announcements. Social announcement customers will also be able to enhance
their online announcements through ImportantOccasions.com, which is powered by Virtual AdTaker.
Virtual AdTaker will interface into SII, The Modesto Bee's classified front end system. The Modesto Bee can manage the application
through Virtual AdTaker's administration and reporting tools.
Virtual AdTaker's In Column application was developed to provide both private party and commercial customers the tools to easily
build their own image rich ads online.
