The Metro West Newspaper group Signs Agreement for Virtual AdTaker's Legal Notice Application

DENVER, CO - The Metro West Newspapers, in Brighton, Colorado signed an agreement with Virtual AdTaker for reverse publishing using Virtual AdTaker's web based legal notice application. Metro West Newspapers are a division of LCNI.

The newspaper plans to launch the application in April 2005. The newspaper will provide training and access the to Public Trustees in the north Denver Metro area including Adams and Weld counties to create the legal notices from their offices and process them electronically to the newspaper. The newspaper will review the notices, process them for publication, and electronically produce the affidavits from Virtual AdTaker. The ultimate goal is for Virtual AdTaker to electronically receive the foreclosure data directly from the law firms, prepare the legal notice for Trustee review and approval, and then process the completed notice to the newspaper for publishing in print and online.

Part of the Virtual AdTaker suite of products, Virtual AdTaker.s Legal Notice application allows law firms and government offices to place their notices on-line, preview them, make changes, and submit them to the newspaper on a 24/7 basis as a newsprint ready PDF or EPS. The affidavit process is entirely automated for the newspaper.
