DENVER, CO - Virtual AdTaker is proud to announce an agreement to launch Realty Ad Express at the Lexington Herald-Leader, a McClatchy newspaper in Lexington, KY.
Realty Ad Express provides The Lexington Herald-Leader the ability to offer their real estate brokers and agents access online to create and proof their real estate display ads. Brokers and agents also have the ability to create, proof and pay for individual listing ads.
The Lexington Herald-Leader can manage the application through Virtual AdTaker's administration and reporting tools.
Realty Ad Express was developed to provide real estate agents, brokers and home builders the tools to easily build their own image rich display ads online. Data and photos can either be loaded manually or accessed from a 3rd party data feed. The data can then be easily utilized to produce broker branded ads, real estate books, group pages or web feeds. An additional feature of Realty Ad Express is the capability to accept credit cards for individual transactions based on newspaper pricing packages.
