The Knight Ridder, Inc. signs agreement with for Virtual AdTaker's product suite.

DENVER, CO - Knight Ridder, Inc. headquartered in San Jose, California, signed an agreement with DynAccSys for reverse publishing using Virtual AdTaker's web based application. Knight Ridder is the nation's second-largest newspaper publisher, with 31 daily newspapers in 28 U.S. markets. The company's internet operation, Knight Ridder Digital, handles the company's online properties.

The agreement allows the Knight Ridder newspapers to utilize Virtual AdTaker's display products: Realty Ad Express and Auto Ad Express. The first Knight Ridder newspaper to take advantage of the new agreement is San Luis Obispo's Telegram-Tribune. The Telegram-Tribune is leading off with Realty Ad Express and went live the end of June, 2005. Virtual AdTaker's Realty Ad Express enables realtors to easily build their own display ads on-line, preview and proof the ads, make changes, and submit them to the newspaper on a 24/7 basis as a newsprint ready PDF. Auto Ad Express is a similar application for automotive advertisers.
